Muffuletta Bruschetta

Tomato free Bruschetta, a new twist on a favorite. Simple to make, perfect for entertaining and has a unique flavor that will have all your guests asking for the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Olive-it & More Muffuletta (Hot or Mild)
  • 1 baguette or Long Flat bread
  • Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

  1. If using Baguette make slices about ½” thick
  2. Place bread on baking sheet and place in 400° oven for 5 min to lightly toast
  3. Spoon Muffuletta onto bread, draining off excess oil. Add to taste.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
  5. Back for another 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and Muffuletta is warmed through
  6. For flat breads cut into wedges
  7. Serve and enjoy!
