Muffuletta Bruschetta
Tomato free Bruschetta, a new twist on a favorite. Simple to make, perfect for entertaining and has a unique flavor that will have all your guests asking for the recipe.
Ingredients:
- Olive-it & More Muffuletta (Hot or Mild)
- 1 baguette or Long Flat bread
- Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
- If using Baguette make slices about ½†thick
- Place bread on baking sheet and place in 400° oven for 5 min to lightly toast
- Spoon Muffuletta onto bread, draining off excess oil. Add to taste.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
- Back for another 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and Muffuletta is warmed through
- For flat breads cut into wedges
- Serve and enjoy!
