Smoked Lime & Tequila Caesar
Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Olive-it and more Chipotle Stuffed Olive
Method: Muddle chipotle pepper, lime wedges and cracked peppercorn in the base of the glass, then add tequila and top with ice and Mott’s Clamato. Stir and strain into another ice-filled glass rimmed with fresh cracked salt and pepper rim.
Ingredients
1 oz Patron 100 % Agave Tequila
1 Smoked Chipotle Pepper (Canned in Adobo Sauce)
½ lime (cut into wedges)
4 dashes fresh cracked five peppercorn
4 oz Mott’s Clamato
